Guest Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all individuals invited to appear as a guest on Carol’s Courageous Conversations Podcast, produced by BE BOLD Institute. By agreeing to participate, you acknowledge and consent to the following:
1. Recording & Publication
• The podcast episode will be audio and/or video recorded.
• BE BOLD Institute reserves the right to edit, reproduce, distribute, and publicly share the recording in whole or in part across all media platforms (including but not limited to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Buzzsprout, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and the BE BOLD Institute website).
2. Ownership of Content
• All podcast recordings are the exclusive property of BE BOLD Institute.
• Guests will not receive ownership rights, royalties, or compensation related to the recording, distribution, or promotion of the episode.
3. Use of Guest’s Name, Image, and Likeness
• By participating, you grant BE BOLD Institute permission to use your name, professional title, biography, image, and likeness in connection with the marketing, promotion, and distribution of the podcast episode.
4. Guest Responsibilities
• Guests agree to provide accurate information during the interview.
• Guests are responsible for ensuring that any material they share does not infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or rights of third parties.
• Guests are encouraged to submit 3–5 suggested questions or talking points prior to recording to ensure meaningful engagement for the audience.
5. Scheduling & Logistics
• Recording sessions will take place at the agreed time and location, or virtually if applicable.
• Guests are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to recording to allow for setup.
6. Compensation
• Guest participation is strictly voluntary. Guests will not receive financial compensation, royalties, or expense reimbursement for their appearance on the podcast.
7. Promotional Rights
• Guests are encouraged to promote their appearance on the podcast across their own networks and platforms.
• BE BOLD Institute may provide marketing materials to support cross-promotion.
8. Release of Liability & Indemnification
• By agreeing to participate, the Guest waives, releases, and forever discharges Carol Yung, BE BOLD Institute, its officers, employees, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the Guest’s appearance on the podcast.
• The Guest agrees not to sue or bring any legal action against Carol Yung, BE BOLD Institute, or their representatives for any reason related to the podcast episode, including but not limited to how the recording is used, edited, distributed, or promoted.
• The Guest further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Carol Yung, BE BOLD Institute, and their representatives from any third-party claims resulting from their participation.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

Donation Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your support of BE BOLD Institute. These Terms & Conditions outline the policies governing all donations made to BE BOLD Institute. By making a donation, you agree to the following:
1. For-Profit Status
BE BOLD Institute is a for-profit business entity. Donations made to BE BOLD Institute are not charitable contributions under federal or state law. As such, donations are not tax-deductible for income tax purposes.
2. No Refund Policy
All donations are considered final and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, BE BOLD Institute cannot provide refunds, exchanges, or reversals of any kind. Please contact us at Support@BEBOLD2DAY if there is an issue.
3. Voluntary Contributions
Donations made to BE BOLD Institute are voluntary and do not entitle the donor to any ownership, voting rights, or control in the organization. Donations are not payments for goods or services and do not create any contractual obligations.
4. Use of Donations
BE BOLD Institute reserves the right to use all donations in a manner consistent with its mission and business objectives, including but not limited to funding programs, events, community initiatives, and business development activities.
5. Donor Acknowledgment
BE BOLD Institute may, at its discretion, acknowledge donors publicly (such as on our website, social media, or printed materials). If you wish for your donation to remain anonymous, please notify us in writing at the time of your contribution.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

Terms & Conditions
By registering your child(ren) for the BE BOLD Kids Academy: BE BOLD Tank
Kids Edition Youth Entrepreneurship Program (and any other BE BOLD Institute
Programs including any BE BOLD Kids Academy Programs), you (the
“Parent/Guardian”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions on behalf of
yourself and your child(ren).
1. Eligibility & Entry Requirements

The Program is open to youth ages
7–17 years old.

A completed registration form and
full payment are required to secure a participant’s spot.

Parents/Guardians must provide
accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

The BE BOLD Institute reserves
the right to deny entry or remove any participant who does not meet
eligibility requirements or fails to comply with Program rules.
2. Refund Policy

All program fees are non-refundable
unless the Program is canceled by the BE BOLD Institute.

Refunds will not be issued for
participant withdrawals, absences, or dismissals due to misconduct.

In the event of cancellation
initiated by the BE BOLD Institute, Parents/Guardians will receive a full
refund.
3. Dress Code
-
Participants are expected to
dress in neat, comfortable, and appropriate attire.
-
Clothing must not include
offensive, inappropriate, or distracting language, symbols, or images.
-
Closed-toe shoes are recommended
for safety during activities.

The BE BOLD Institute reserves
the right to ask a participant to change attire that is deemed
inappropriate.
4. Media Release & Usage
By enrolling your child(ren) in
the BE BOLD Kids Academy: BE BOLD Tank Kids Edition Youth Entrepreneurship
Program (and any other BE BOLD Institute Programs including any BE BOLD
Kids Academy Programs), you grant the BE BOLD Institute the irrevocable
right and permission to record, photograph, film, or otherwise capture
the likeness, image, voice, and/or performance of participants.

All media content (including
photos, videos, recordings, and written materials) becomes the sole
property of the BE BOLD Institute.

Media may be used for, but not
limited to, marketing, promotional materials, publications, websites, and
social media platforms without compensation or further approval.
5. Liability Waiver

Parents/Guardians acknowledge and
accept that participation in the BE BOLD Kids Academy: BE BOLD Tank Kids
Edition Youth Entrepreneurship Program (and any other BE BOLD Institute
Programs including any BE BOLD Kids Academy Programs) involves certain
inherent risks.

By registering, you agree to
release, waive, indemnify, and hold harmless the BE BOLD Institute, its
staff, officers, directors, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims,
damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the BE BOLD Kids
Academy: BE BOLD Tank Kids Edition Youth Entrepreneurship Program (and any
other BE BOLD Institute Programs including any BE BOLD Kids Academy
Programs), except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Parents/Guardians remain
responsible for their child(ren)’s conduct and well-being before, during,
and after the Program.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants must respect
instructors, peers, staff, and facilities at all times.

Disruptive, disrespectful, or
unsafe behavior may result in dismissal from the BE BOLD Kids Academy: BE
BOLD Tank Kids Edition Youth Entrepreneurship Program (and any other BE
BOLD Institute Programs including any BE BOLD Kids Academy Programs) without
refund.
7. Emergency Authorization
In case of a medical emergency,
the BE BOLD Institute is authorized to take reasonable steps, including
securing emergency medical care for the participant. Parents/Guardians are
financially responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the registration
form and ticking the acceptance checkbox, Parents/Guardians
acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms &
Conditions outlined above.
