BE BOLD Institute's Kids Academy has partnered with Cobb County Parks and Recreation and South Cobb Recreation Center to bring you an incredible opportunity for young entrepreneurs!

Introducing the 6-week BE BOLD Tank: Kids Edition! 

Are you ready to dive into the world of business and entrepreneurship? This program is designed to equip youth with the skills they need to start their own businesses and make their dreams a reality.

Throughout the 6 weeks, participants will embark on an exciting journey, learning about various aspects of entrepreneurship. From business planning to marketing and finance, we've got it all covered!  

But that's not all! Our young entrepreneurs will have the unique chance to work on their own business ideas and receive valuable feedback from experienced entrepreneurs. This hands-on experience will help them refine their ideas and turn them into successful ventures. 

And guess what? The program will also focus on enhancing presentation and public speaking skills! Participants will have the opportunity to present their business ideas, which will not only boost their confidence but also help them become effective communicators.

Week 1: Introduction to Entrepreneurship Get ready to dive into the world of entrepreneurship! Learn about the mindset, qualities, and skills needed to become a successful entrepreneur. 

Week 2: Business Planning Discover the art of crafting a solid business plan. From identifying your target market to setting goals and creating strategies, this week will lay the foundation for your business. 

Week 3: Marketing Learn the secrets of effective marketing! Explore different marketing techniques, branding strategies, and how to reach your target audience. 

Week 4: Finance Master the numbers game! Understand the basics of finance, budgeting, and financial management to ensure the success of your business. 

Week 5: Legal and Business Structure Discover the legal aspects of running a business. Learn about different business structures, licenses, permits, and how to protect your intellectual property.  

Week 6: Pitching and Funding (Present their business ideas to the Sharks) It's time to shine! Present your business idea to a panel of experienced entrepreneurs, just like in the popular TV show "Shark Tank." Get valuable feedback and potentially secure funding for your venture!
